Question 1

Is Recruitr really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The free tier gives you core AI tools with monthly limits — no credit card, no trial expiry. When you need more, choose from Starter, Pro, or Enterprise plans.

Question 2

What file formats can I upload?

Accepted Answer

PDF, DOCX, DOC, TXT, and RTF. Files are parsed in your browser — they never touch our servers. Maximum file size is 5 MB.

Question 3

How accurate is the CV screening?

Accepted Answer

Recruitr is powered by Claude, Anthropic's most capable AI model. It reads the full CV and job brief, then produces a structured score with specific evidence. It won't replace your judgement — but it will save you hours of manual reading.

Question 4

Is candidate data stored?

Accepted Answer

No. CVs and job briefs are processed in real time and discarded after the result is generated. We don't store, train on, or share your data.

Question 5

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All paid plans are month-to-month with no contract. Cancel anytime from your account page and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Question 6

Do I need a Claude or Anthropic account?

Accepted Answer

No. Recruitr handles everything — you don't need an Anthropic subscription, API key, or any other setup. Just sign up and start using the tools.
